Philippians 3:12-21
We have two powerful weapons to resist and win against the enemies of our old-self and Satan: the Spirit of God and the Word of God. These always fight together, for the Spirit uses the Word to do his mighty work. The fight of faith is fought with the Word of God. At the end of our life, we'll look back and question whether or not we wasted it. God's faithful will be finishers of unwasted lives, living for Christ. Christians will give all of themselves to Jesus, putting Satan underfoot, getting rid of the unchanged desires of the heart, and trusting Jesus in all that He is and all that He promises.
